From data silos to decision intelligence

The challenge
The company is expanding, but its operational and digital capabilities are not keeping pace with those ambitions. It remained at AI maturity level 1, with fragmented or largely manual data processes, no visible integrated ERP or predictive analytics infrastructure, and limited data-driven decision-making.
Our approach
An 8-week project building a conversational data intelligence platform that lets the company query existing business data using natural language: connecting existing data sources and establishing secure access controls. The platform also forms the foundation for future operational AI initiatives.
The results
A data and AI platform customised for the company: • Ten governed areas you can question in plain English • Twenty-six governed measures, reused everywhere • Access control, personal-data masking and 121 quality checks • A living documentation website, not a static document • Dashboards and a read of the legacy reporting, neither in scope
