Our approach
An AI Masterclass building AI literacy, from machine learning and LLMs to autonomous agents, then applying these concepts to the Group's market judgment, using enterprise-grade privacy protections and establishing an AI usage policy. The engagement closed with a roadmap to AI strategy and governance.
The results
The training gave the whole Group the tools and concepts to use AI effectively: more and better work from the same talented people, now starting their journey on AI strategy and governance, combining AI's speed and synthesis with the firm's local relationships, judgment and Zimbabwe market track record.
