Felicity is a multilingual learning and development specialist who designs development programmes for corporate and nonprofit organisations. She led staff learning and audit training at Deloitte and EY, and helped develop qualifying examination frameworks with the Chartered Accountants Academy. She now builds capacity for volunteer organisations and runs a social enterprise teaching entrepreneurship and digital skills to young women, drawing on learning design, Design Thinking and coaching.
